Meditation​

Floatation therapy is a stimuli-free, deep relaxation experience that helps you reset your mind. Sensory deprivation is a mindfulness technique that allows your body to float effortlessly and disconnect from the world outside the tank. Floating provides a peaceful environment to allow a deep relaxation of the mind, body and soul. The overall experience is meditative and relaxing at its core.
